More Photos!

Yep it is true, more photos. Two photo uploads in one week, am I crazy?

These pics are from the original websites. At that time there was very limited disk storage and most people had restrictive bandwidth, so these are low-res scans of film photos that were cropped to just the essentials.

I originally did not include them because I figured that I would go back and re-scan them and maybe I will someday. However that is a time consuming task and I can usually think of something better to do with my time...

So for our Audience of One, here are the photos from 1999 and 2000. I hope to have 2001 up soon.

The two unique companies, 3D Systems and Stratasys, solidified their hold in the marketplace by buying rivals like Phenix, Makerbot, DTM, Objet, and more. The trade was removed from a monopoly, nonetheless. Huge Direct CNC numbers of latest rivals supplied reasonably priced machines that rivaled industrial 3D printers. Examples embody Ultimaker, Lulzbot, and Prusa 3D printers within the desktop and DIY 3D printer equipment markets, and Desktop Metal, Markforged, and Carbon 3D within the industrial sector.
